I've been going to...No, I didn't mean that. I've been going to a Saturday morning meeting, about the only one I can do in my busy schedule. And I'm a music minister, so Christmas is especially busy. In fact, next week when I would normally be in the OA meeting, I'll be in a rehearsal. That's what I meant. And I know it's a busy time of year and a hard time for addicts. But my life gets BIGGER and BUSIER now until after the first of the year.Charlie O. Or are you going on holiday until after Christmas? Considering how hard the holidays are for any addict, I would have thought intergroups would push to schedule more OA events.

Wow . . . I ought to find out if my home group is doing meetings through Christmas and New Year's weeks. On Thanksgiving Day, the regional intergroup hosted a drop-in thankfulness sharing session that lasted much of the day; I hope they will do something like that for Christmas week.

Oh, and there's always online meetings, right?

I hope you can find and get to a few meetings between now and then. At worst, come drop a line on my journal, and I'll get back to you.Jesshttp://innerpilgrimage.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.com
